I need some advice. Some very serious advice.
So to anyone who still reads this, some input would be highly appreciative.

I told my manager today that I wasn't going to go to Cape Cod for the summer anymore, but rather stay in Newtown and work for him at Citgo. But on 1 condition: that I get a pay raise. He said that he's 100% behind me on this decision and wanting more money because 1) I'm a good worker, and 2) he thinks that I deserve it.

Here's the thing, though. I turned down a $15/hour job on Cape Cod for a (potentially, but not yet guaranteed) $9/hour. Basically because it feels as though it's a second home to me and I, sadly, absolutely love working there. Aside from the stress, bitching, and constant talking behind people's backs that go along there, I actually enjoy spending 7, 8, 9 hours there a day. And my decision to stay means that I'm going to have more responsibilities (like getting a key to the store, a code to turn on and off the alarm, and opening and closing without a superior being there).

So, in desperation, I'm asking all of you if I made the right choice. I have about 10 days to decide (that's when I initially told them that I was going to be leaving), so please, PLEASE, PLEASE help me out. Kloveyouallthanks.
